Inside Sales / Office Manager

The Inside Sales / Office Manager is responsible for growing the total number of MyChoice service subscribers and ensuring that expectations surrounding customer installations are set properly and then met or exceeded.

The Inside Sales / Office Manager will manage the ongoing details, schedules and workflow of specific client and internal requests, including, but not limited to:

  • Placing outbound calls to potential customers (both individuals and businesses) and closing new sales
  • Tracking all sales activity in our CRM system
  • Receiving inbound service request calls, qualifying those customers and closing those sales
  • Attending business networking events and promote MyChoice services to attendees
  • Coordinating the daily installation schedule and installers and remain in contact with them throughout the day
  • Communicating with customers regarding installation days and times and informing them if MyChoice is on time or running late
  • Responding to customer trouble tickets and directing them to the proper support resource, including creating and following up on trouble tickets in CRM system
  • Creating purchase orders and following the request through until complete.
  • Organizing and conducting briefings and reports for internal executives
  • Working with marketing staff to develop local marketing efforts
  • Developing knowledge of MyChoice’s practices, products, and services to facilitate successful sales efforts
  • General office organization and administration tasks as required or helpful

 

The candidate must demonstrate their ability to: cold call a potential customer and walk them through a service offering through close; articulate their thoughts in a clear, concise manner; build rapport with internal and external customers; present key selling points while focusing on the customer’s needs; listen attentively and respond effectively to concerns; negotiate competently; close sales; and display exceptional follow-through, personal drive and the desire to make a difference

Required Qualifications: 

  • History of effective cold calling
  • History of coordinating and organizing a team
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota with a minimum of 3 years experience selling to consumers, small and mid-sized businesses
  • Successful experience or strong ideas for developing local, grass roots marketing efforts
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, success driven, with hunter mentality
